Welcome to CKB88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CKB88 ("CKB88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the CKB88 platform, including the website at ckb88.cam, all associated gaming and sports betting services, mobile interfaces, promotional programmes, and customer support channels.

By accessing the CKB88 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, betting market, or promotion offered by CKB88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

CKB88 is operated as a digital gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and selected international markets. Our platform offers online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related entertainment products. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on the CKB88 Platform, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform. CKB88 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will conduct verification checks. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by CKB88's operational policy. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
• One Account: You may hold only one registered account at any time. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be subject to closure.
• Personal Use: You must register and operate your account exclusively for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or restriction placed on your account by CKB88 or any regulatory authority.

To create an account on CKB88, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested. The information you provide must correspond exactly to your legal identity documents.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide: your full legal name; a valid and unique email address; a Malaysian mobile phone number or international equivalent; your date of birth; and your preferred currency (MYR). You must create a strong, unique password and are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.

4.2 KYC Documentation

CKB88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Front and back copy of any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., bank card, e-wallet screenshot)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by CKB88's compliance team

4.3 Verification Timelines

CKB88 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal requests submitted by an account with outstanding KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. CKB88 shall bear no liability for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to outstanding verification requirements.

By using the CKB88 Platform, you agree to use the service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept the following conditions of use:

5.1 Acceptable Use

• You will use the Platform only for personal entertainment and in strict compliance with these Terms.
• You will provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information in all interactions with CKB88, including registration, KYC submissions, and support enquiries.
• You will immediately notify CKB88 customer support of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• You accept that all gaming outcomes are final and determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results, and that CKB88 has no obligation to reverse confirmed game outcomes.

5.2 Technical Requirements

CKB88 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond CKB88's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. CKB88 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the Platform.

5.3 Currency and Language

The CKB88 Platform operates in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction and credited accordingly to your account balance in MYR.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

CKB88 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet; Boost eWallet; GrabPay; DuitNow instant transfer; FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect; and approved cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

6.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. As a general guideline, the minimum deposit for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions is RM30, while FPX bank transfers carry a minimum of RM50. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits are subject to individual payment provider constraints and CKB88's internal risk controls.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed all required KYC verification steps prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified Real Money Funds balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Withdrawals must, wherever possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit ("return to source" policy).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified on the Platform.
• CKB88 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet, and within 24 hours for other methods. Processing times may vary subject to third-party payment provider delays.

6.4 Transaction Monitoring

CKB88 reserves the right to monitor all deposits and withdrawals for compliance with these Terms and applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming patterns or that raise compliance concerns may be subject to additional review, temporary hold, or investigation prior to processing.

CKB88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback programmes, crypto deposit bonuses, and seasonal promotions such as the Deepavali Festival promotion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The default wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated, is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at varying rates towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting markets contribute at reduced rates as specified per promotion.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire within the period stated in the individual promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Unless otherwise stated, winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: CKB88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback bonus funds in circumstances where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: pattern betting, account collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any behaviour inconsistent with genuine entertainment use.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise specified, each promotional offer is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and sports betting activity conducted on the CKB88 Platform:

8.1 Casino Games

All casino games offered on CKB88 operate under independently certified RNG systems or licensed live dealer studios. Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual player or session. All game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed except in the event of a demonstrable technical error affecting the game engine itself.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on CKB88 cover a broad range of events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, Formula 1, and other international sports. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. CKB88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by extraordinary circumstances including match postponement, cancellation, or verified irregularity, in accordance with standard industry practice.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual games, betting markets, and account tiers. CKB88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and to apply individual limits to specific accounts at its discretion.

8.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a software or system malfunction that results in a game or bet outcome being displayed incorrectly, CKB88 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and refund the stake to the player's account. CKB88 shall have no obligation to honour payouts that result from a system error rather than a legitimately determined game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CKB88 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus terms;
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing discrepancies in bad faith;
• Engaging in any activity that may constitute money laundering, structuring, or financing of unlawful activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or via proxy, VPN, or other means designed to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed towards CKB88 staff or other players via any support or communication channel.

All content available on the CKB88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, artwork, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations, and platform architecture, is the exclusive property of CKB88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any Player to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse engineer or decompile any software component of the Platform; use CKB88 branding or trademarks without prior written authorisation; or create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of CKB88 intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CKB88, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services;
• Any loss of data, game progress, or account information;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any game or betting outcome, including outcomes affected by technical errors subsequently voided in accordance with Section 8.4;
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays outside CKB88's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit CKB88's liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

CKB88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling on the Platform is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

CKB88 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders within their account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting CKB88 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and activity.

CKB88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; receipt of a valid self-exclusion request; court order or regulatory direction; or the cessation of CKB88's operations in a particular jurisdiction.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting CKB88 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on record, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied and no pending investigation is active.

Upon account closure, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. CKB88 shall have no further obligation to the Player following account closure and satisfaction of verified balance obligations.

CKB88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where a proposed change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — CKB88 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address, a Platform notification, or both, at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

The version of the Terms published on the Platform at any given time is the current operative version. CKB88 recommends that players review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which CKB88 holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between you and CKB88 relating to your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through CKB88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team. CKB88 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to provide a final response within 28 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution body as specified by applicable law. Players acknowledge that participation in online gambling may be restricted or regulated in their jurisdiction, and it remains the player's sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in their location before accessing the Platform.
